Raised here in Hillsville

Pasture, garden scraps, and room to be pigs.

Our Gloucestershire Old Spots were raised outdoors on pasture at our family homestead in Southwest Virginia. The way they lived is as much a part of the story as their spots.

Life outdoors

Our pigs had pasture to explore, with space to root, forage, and spend their days being pigs. Raising them here means we can tell you where your pork came from and how the animals lived.

What they ate

We fed a hog mash from Stephen’s Feed Mill, along with plenty of garden scraps. The garden was part of their diet, alongside their regular hog feed.

Processed locally

Our pork was processed at Washington County Meat Packing, a USDA-inspected processor in Southwest Virginia. It comes packaged and labeled, ready for your freezer and your next meal.

We offer individual cuts from a finite batch. Choose your cuts above, then send an order request so we can confirm package weights, your total, and local pickup.
